Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure quick processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this timeframe will be denied. However, you may return your order for a full refund once received.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an additional day for shipping. During holidays and sale seasons, processing may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
